All ingredients used in Cutting Chai are sourced from India. This blend features Assam black tea, aromatic cardamom, and organic ginger. The Assam tea we use in Cutting Chai is CTC (Crush, Tear, Curl) Assam, the most commonly used tea in India for Masala Chai.

Traditional Chai Recipe (8oz Cup)
Boil 2/3 cup of water in a saucepan.
Add 1 tsp of your Chai Spice blend (for Taprri Chai, use 2 tsp).
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add 1/3 cup milk.
Bring the mix to a double boil (boil, lift pan, let it settle, then boil again).
Strain, sweeten to taste, and enjoy your cup of chai!
For a creamy chai:
Use 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk.
Add 2x the tsp of chai blend for a richer experience.
For a Larger Mug (16oz)
Boil 1 1/3 cups of water.
Add 2 tsp of your Chai Spice blend (for Taprri Chai, use 4 tsp).
Add 2/3 cup milk.
Simmer for 3 minutes and follow the double boil process.
Strain, sweeten, and enjoy!
For a creamy chai in a larger mug:
Use 1 cup of water and 1 cup of milk.
Double the amount of chai blend.
Light or Strong Chai Adjustments:
Light Chai: Use half the recommended tea mix.
